Most frequent questions and answers
All orders to Spain (Peninsula – Spanish mainland) and Portugal that are placed before 4:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day through the company NACEX.
The estimated delivery time is 24 hours, if you place your order before 4:00p.m. on Monday, you should receive it on Tuesday throughout the day.
Orders destined to Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Andorra will be sent through the company GLS. The estimated shipping time is 24/48 hours.
If your address is far from the transport delegation, your order may be delayed 48h.
Once your order has been processed, you will be sent an email confirming that it is on its way.
The day before receiving your order, the transport company will notify you via SMS with the tracking number of the shipment reminding you that the next day you will deliver the package.
If the deliveryman is unable to deliver the package, a second delivery will be made the next day. If you are not available on that day, the deliveryman will contact you and take the package to the NACEX or GLS branch nearest you to pick it up.
That’s right, our warehouse is located in Madrid, in the street Sanglas 13, Industrial Warehouse 16,28890, Loeches (Community – Madrid), so if you want to save shipping costs or time in having your pieces, you can come and visit us.
When you place an order, you will be able to choose the type of delivery that best suits you and we will let you know our location so that you can come and get your components.
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
We don’t close in the middle of the day.
Closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
We ship orders to the Balearic Islands; the estimated delivery time is 24/48 hours and the shipping price will vary depending on the weight and dimensions of the package.
The price will appear automatically when you fill in your details, address and we know the items you have ordered because if you exceed 220 € of purchase, the postage is free.
We also ship orders to the Canary Islands; the estimated delivery time is 24/48 hours and the shipping price will vary depending on the weight and dimensions of the package. For this reason, we will contact you before sending you the package because you will have to have a separate surcharge for taxes.
The transport company in this case is GLS.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla.
Shipping costs will depend on the delivery area, the weight of the package, and the dimensions.
These will be calculated automatically when you make your purchase and put the address where you want your order to be delivered.
FOR MADRID
You can stop by our warehouse and come pick up your order.
Our schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. uninterrupted.
Closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
FOR SPAIN (PENINSULA-SPANISH MAINLAND):
For orders greater than or equal to 80 €, shipping costs are free.
For orders under 80 € the cost is 7,50 €.
FOR THE BALEARIC ISLANDS:
For orders greater than or equal to 220 €, shipping costs are free.
For orders under 220 € the shipping costs will be limited by the weight and dimensions of the package.
This being so:
- Up to 1 KG an amount of 6€
- Up to 3 KG an amount of 9€
- Up to 10 KG an amount of 21.50€
- Up to 15 KG an amount of 30€
FOR THE CANARY ISLANDS:
The shipping costs will be limited by the weight and dimensions of the package.
This being so:
- Up to 1 KG an amount of 10€
- Up to 3 KG an amount of 17€
- Up to 5 KG an amount of 23€
- Up to 10 KG an amount of 42€
- Up to 15 KG an amount of 62€
NOTE: These rates are without the customs surcharge (to be paid by the client).
FOR PORTUGAL:
For orders greater than or equal to 80 €, shipping costs are free.
For orders under 80 € the cost is 7,50 €.
We can ship orders outside of Spain.
The price will be delimited by:
- The weight of the package
- The dimensions of the package
- The country of destination
- The shipping price will appear automatically once you finish your order.
The approximate shipping time is:
- France, Germany, Monaco: 1-2 days
- Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom-Wales-Scotland, Isle of Man, San Marino, Vatican: 2-3 days
- Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Liechtenstein, Poland, Czech Republic, Switzerland: 2-3 days
- Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Serbia, Sweden: 4-5 days
- Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Cyprus, Greece, Iceland, Faroe Islands, Kosovo, Malta, Macedonia, Montenegro, Turkey: 4-5 days
You can proceed to the payment of your order in the following ways:

Yes. The estimated maximum time to make a return is 15 working days from the date of delivery.
If the reason for the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, or the poor condition in which the package has arrived, the customer will have to pay the shipping costs.
If, on the other hand, it is a manufacturing defect, the shipping costs are borne by Erigen BMX.
If the package arrives in poor condition, take a photo at that time to claim the carrier.
The customer will have to justify the reason for the return through our email info@erigenbmx.com where we will explain how to proceed to the return and meet a number of requirements.
These requirements are specified in the “Returns” section.
All Erigen BMX products are guaranteed by law for 1 year against manufacturing defects.
In order to carry out a guarantee it is necessary to provide the purchase receipt.
Erigen BMX won’t cover the warranties to the second buyers.
