FIRST THINGS FIRST

You have 15 working days from the day you receive your order to return the product.

SHIT HAPPENS

If the reason for your return is because of the bad condition of the product, due to transport or any manufacturing defect, you will have to contact Erigen BMX via email info@erigenbmx.com, as soon as possible, and you must provide us with the necessary information:

– Order number 

– Product information in poor condition (type and name of the product)

For example: Red Goopy Grips

– Damage product (please briefly describe in the email what damages or defects the product presents, if possible, send us photos, it will speed up the process).

 

As soon as you submit your email and we have valued the, Erigen BMX will contact you and explain the steps you have to follow to send the product back to our warehouse.

You´ll be charged for transportation costs, but don´t worry, these expenses will be reimbursed, when the replacement product will be validated.

Once we receive the item, Erigen BMX will examine the damages and will have a maximum of 15 days to answer you by email to be able to give “ok” to the replacement.

Please be patient because in many cases we do several checks that require time and patience.

When we have approved the change of article, we will contact you shortly. Then we will send you a new item without shipping costs. The shipping costs you paid to be able to send us the item, we will promptly refund your money in the same card where your order was placed or bank transfer.

If at the moment we don´t have stock of the component for the replacement, we will pay you the cost of item by bank card or bank transfer.

This is a good opportunity to check at another product and we will send you, paying the difference.

 

NORMAL RETURN

If, on the other hand, you want to return a product without manufacturing defect, you will have to pay the shipping costs.

Erigen BMX won´t replace or accept returns of products that have been badly assembled by lack of knowledge from clients.

MERCHANDISING

YOU SHOULD KNOW

Before returning your items back to us, please make sure they are in the same condition as you received them. All items must be:

    • In the original packaging with the label/tag attached
    • Unworn, unwashed and unmarked
    • Perfume, make-up and smoke free
    • Free from pet/animal hair

ALL ITEMS ARE INSPECTED UPON RETURN 

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, ERIGEN BMX do not offer free returns.

Send your unwanted items back to our warehouse using a courier of your choice via a tracked service.
